To remove the tuning, you must remove the ECU and send it to us. This will allow you to remove the entire exhaust system. Your DPF/DEF/EGR problems will disappear. Your truck will run better, longer and more economically.
NO MORE EMISSION CODES
Once the settings are removed, your truck will no longer have any emission codes or warnings.
This includes all of the following
1) “Contact your dealer” codes
2) Engine check codes
3) “Exhaust System Maintenance Required” codes
4) Limp Mode codes
5) Other emission related diagnostic codes.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
This service requires you to remove your ECU/PCM (or have it professionally removed) and send it to us. We will send you a prepaid shipping label.
We do NOT provide instructions on how to remove the ECU/PCM.
After your purchase, we will email you information on how to label the package you sent so we know it belongs to you.
We will bench flash your ECU with the programs removed and send it back to you.
Then you install your updated ECU and install the DPF removal pipe and EGR removal kit.
TOTAL ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Once we receive your order, look for an email with instructions for labeling your package.
Once we receive your package, it will take us 3-5 business days to process, verify, and set up your order.
We will then ship your ECU/PCM back to you by express delivery. Expect 1.5-2 weeks of downtime for your truck.
*We cannot adjust existing settings, if your ECU/PCM has been previously adjusted, it must be returned to the factory state before using the new setting*.
Before removing the ECM, pay attention to all maintenance and engine indicators on the dashboard.
There should be no errors before removing the ECM. If you had problems with the DEF/DPF countdown before the tuning, these should be corrected. Since these codes are transmitted by the SCR module, they remain in the cluster, and tuning the ECM unfortunately usually does not remove these codes.
Make sure that all codes are removed before removing the ECM.
Clearing Codes with Code Reader/Clearer
1 – Clear all the codes.
2 – Turn the key to the “Off” position.
3- Disconnect the negative cable from the battery.
4- Remove the ECM.
By removing the factory exhaust system that was choking your diesel, you will immediately notice a difference both day and night. It will perform better in every conceivable way, including speed, fuel economy (by an average of 5 miles per hour) and fewer trips to the car service.
Over time, the kit will pay for itself in fuel savings alone. And that’s not even counting how many costly trips to the dealer you’ll save.

HORSEPOWER TUNING OPTIONS.
All options include a full tune-up with removal, the only difference is the horsepower
1) Basic (no extra power)
The 50HP level is enough to get a feel for the engine without overpowering it. The +75HP is for those who want even more power.
You can expect fuel economy increases of up to 10% MPG at the base power level and up to 7% at the 50HP setting.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
After your purchase, we will email you a pre-paid shipping label. It may take up to 1 business day to process.
We will ship it back to you via express shipping.
This service is made to order and is non-refundable or refundable.
We will treat your ECU/PCM as if it belonged on our own truck.
However, we are not responsible for any damage, theft or loss caused by FedEx or UPS.
Incidents with shipping companies are rare, but if your ECU/PCM is damaged in transit, stolen or lost, we are not responsible.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
