The Complete Removal Kit includes everything you need to remove your entire exhaust system. Your emission codes will be gone. Your truck will last longer and save better fuel. The kit includes a tuner with preloaded removal settings, an anti-corrosion removal tube, and a complete EGR removal kit.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
The Full Delete kit(s) permanently rebuilds your truck to operate without the stifling factory exhaust system.
This means you can permanently remove ALL emission related parts and sensors, including:
– DPF (diesel particulate filter)
– DEF (diesel exhaust fluid) tank
– EGR (exhaust gas recirculation) system
– CAT (catalytic converters, including DOC and NOX, etc.).
This is made possible by our special deletion settings that erase the emission system from your truck’s computer.
All you have to do is:
Connect the tuner to your truck’s OBDII port (located under the steering wheel).
Follow the tuner installation instructions we sent you. (Technical support is also available).
Once the pesky emissions system is “removed” from your truck program, you can begin removing any parts that are preventing your diesel from running at its best.
Our kit includes a DPF/CAT removal tube that attaches in place of the original DPF and CAT in the exhaust system.
Finally, the EGR removal kit will allow you to completely remove the original EGR system, seal the holes, and redirect the exhaust into the pipe.

The good news is that our tuners also come pre-installed with a remote tuner, just plug it into your truck’s OBDII port and follow our instructions to install your tuner.
And yes, if you run into any technical problems, we’ve got your back. You can contact us at any time and we will solve any problems you may encounter.
To install the DPF removal pipe, you will need basic tools that you probably already have (wrenches, ratchets, etc.). No welding is required; the pipe is installed with bolts and clamps (which we provide).
All parts of the EGR removal kit are also bolted on; no welding is required. We will send you videos on how to install these parts.
If you are quite like a fish in water when it comes to working on your truck, we highly recommend hiring a shop to do the installation.
IMPORTANT BDX INFORMATION
The tune we create for the BDX is a custom delete tune.
You do NOT need to send us your VIN for the BDX device.
We will ship it to you with the custom tune already preloaded onto the device. Just plug it into your vehicle to upload the tune.
Sometimes, your BDX device may show an error code. Or may not recognize your truck.
All you have to do is update the BDX device by connecting it to your computer.
This is a simple process and we will email you instructions on troubleshooting this problem in case it happens.

TUNE HORSEPOWER SETTINGS
The Custom BDX Tune Includes multiple power levels so you can run your truck the way you want to.
The included switch will let you change between the power levels in real time (aka: “Shift on The Fly”).
Level 1- “Heavy Tow” +40HP. Ideal for daily driving, towing.
Level 2- “Light Tow” +80HP. Ideal for daily driving, light towing.
Level 3- “Street” +125HP. Ideal for daily driving.
Level 4- “Race” +180HP. Ideal for performance applications.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
With standard shipping, you’ll receive your kit within 4-8 days from the moment you placed your order.
With express shipping, you’ll receive your kit within 3-4 days from the moment you placed your order. Express shipping has an additional cost of $199 for this bundle.
We have different return policies for each item in the bundles, please read carefully:
1) The BDX Delete Tuner is a built to order product and not eligible for refunds and cancellations. We guarantee the tuner will work. If you received a faulty or damaged tuner we will replace it.
2) The DPF Delete Pipe is eligible for returns only if it is unused (ie: it was never installed on your truck) within 30 days of purchase. You are responsible for return shipping fees. There is also a $100 restocking fee.
3) The EGR Delete Kit is eligible for returns only if it is unused (ie: it was never installed on your truck) within 30 days of purchase. You are responsible for return shipping fees. There is also a $30 restocking fee.

Order already shipped?
If you change your mind after your order has been shipped but before you've received it, please wait for delivery. Once you have received your order, you may return it in accordance with our return policy. If you contact us before the product has left our facility, we may attempt to stop the shipment; however, it's important to note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Initiate the Return:
Securing an RMA: Before proceeding with a return, it is important to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). This process assists in the effective tracking and management of returns. To obtain an RMA, please contact our Customer Service by sending an email to hello@dieselcrisis.com. Please note that we will not be able to process your return without a valid RMA.
A. For Tuners:
Return eligibility: If you have purchased a tuner, please be assured that this is the primary product we generally accept for returns.
PLEASE NOTE: All custom tuners are considered a final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Proper use of the return label:
If your tuner is defective: We apologize for the inconvenience. If the defect is not the result of any action on your part, we will cover the cost of the return label.
For other return reasons: If you choose to return the tuner for reasons other than a malfunction, please be aware that the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund or credit. This policy also applies to exchanges.
Restocking fee: If a non-faulty tuner is returned, a minimum 25% restocking fee will be charged. The fee may vary depending on the condition of the tuner and its packaging.
B. For Exhausts, Race Pipes, and EGR Kits:
Non-returnable Items: Our policies have been revised, and we no longer accept returns for specific items such as exhausts, race pipes, and EGR kits.
Received a Damaged or Incorrect Product?
Exhausts & Race Pipes: If you discover that your item is damaged, we will either dispatch a replacement part or, in cases of severe damage, provide an entirely new product. In the event of receiving an incorrect item, don't worry – contact us immediately, and we will rectify the situation.
EGR Kits: Should your EGR kit arrive damaged or incomplete, we will ensure you receive the necessary replacement parts. If you happen to receive the wrong kit, we will promptly dispatch the correct one and provide a prepaid return label for the mistaken item.
Returning for other Reasons
If you choose to return a product for reasons unrelated to damage: Please make use of our provided return label, and note that the associated cost will be deducted from your refund.
A restocking fee will be applicable, set at 50% for exhausts and starting at 25% for EGR kits, with potential increases based on the condition of the product.
