The Complete Removal Kit includes everything you need to remove your entire exhaust system. Your emission codes will be gone. Your truck will last longer and save better fuel. The Iron Loader tuner does NOT require ECM removal. No downtime! It also includes a DPF removal tube and an EGR removal kit.

Iron Loader is the first tuning removal option for Ecodiesel that does not require sending us your ECM.
This means no downtime and no risk of losing or damaging your ECM in transit!
HOW DOES IT WORK?
We ship all the components to you.
The Iron Loader tuner is NOT preloaded. Here’s how it works:
1) You use the tuner to get a reading of your ECM.
2) You email us the ECM reading file.
3) We use the ECM reading file to create the delete tune and email it to you (processing within 3 business days).
4) You load the delete tune into the Iron Loader and then load it into your truck.

2) 4″ anti-corrosion pipe for DPF and CAT removal
3) Complete EGR removal kit
*We cannot tune over an existing setup, if your ECU/PCM was previously tuned, it must be returned to the factory state before using the new setup*.
Before reading the ECM, pay attention to all of the maintenance and engine indicators on the dashboard.
You should have no errors before reading the ECM. If you had problems with the DEF/DPF countdown before the tune-up, they should be corrected. Since these codes are transmitted by the SCR module, they remain in the cluster, and ECM tuning unfortunately does not usually remove these codes.
Make sure all the codes are cleared before reading the ECM.
Clearing codes with a code reader/clearer
1 – Clear all the codes.
2 – Turn the key to the “Off” position.
3- Disconnect the negative cable from the battery.
By removing the factory exhaust system that was choking your diesel, you will immediately notice a difference both day and night. It will perform better in every conceivable way, including speed, fuel economy (by an average of 5 miles per hour) and fewer trips to the car service.
Over time, the kit will pay for itself in fuel savings alone. And that’s not even counting how many costly trips to the dealer you’ll save.
One last benefit is the peace of mind of knowing you no longer have a time bomb attached to your truck.
HORSEPOWER TUNING OPTIONS.
All options include a full tune-up with removal, the only difference is the horsepower
1) Basic (no extra power)
The 50HP level is enough to get a feel for the engine without overpowering it. The +75HP is for those who want even more power.
You can expect fuel economy increases of up to 10% MPG at the base power level and up to 7% at the 50HP setting.
SHIPPING & REFUNDS
Your package will be delivered within 1-1.5 weeks.
This service is made to order and is non-refundable or non-refundable.
We will treat your ECU/PCM as if it belonged on our own truck.
However, we are not responsible for any damage, theft or loss caused by FedEx or UPS.
Incidents with shipping companies are rare, but if your ECU/PCM is damaged in transit, stolen or lost, we are not responsible.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
